Please avise if its ok
HI I was doing this before but I was thinking of changing can you tell me if this is ok to do?I want to cut!!
BEFORE
monday chest/tricepts
tuesday back/bicepts
wed Legs/shoulders
thurs chest
friday arms
plus 30 minutes cardio
AFTER
monday chest/tricepts
tuesday back/bicepts
wed Legs/shoulders
thurs cardio
friday cardio

Whatever works for you.....
If you are only going to train three days a week, why don't you train EOD and to cardio on the off days?

would it be too much if I kept this ,the reason why I ask is maybe I might be overworking my arms and chest.But i like your Idea EOD

No reason to train a muscle group more than once a week if you do it properly the first time.
