I found a new ab workout!!

ok normally for abs i do seated cable crunches kinda like this LINK but instead of sitting down i would stand with my knees touching the seat. with the rope against the back of your neck just squeeze/crunch your stomach as hard as you can. **** ive never felt such a pump in my stomach i thought i was going to puke.

Good for you. Try using the lower pully on the cable using angle braces doing knee ups. Or hanging leg raises with extra db weight between your feet. I also do those that you showed in the link but they target the upper abs but the ones I mentioned works the lower ab which indirectly hits the mid/upper adominals.

Heavy Db Crunches on a Stability Ball is my favorite ab exercise. Hook your feet under two dbs that come to twice the weight that will be on your chest. With a db under your chin, get into the crunch position on the ball and hook your feet under the dbs. The ball will allow you to prestretch your abs, by allowing more ROM on the eccentric, before crunching. Far superior to an decline ab board or the floor.

yeh what i do is i sit on a bench and prop up my butt a few inches with a rolled up towel and ill do about 40-50 crunches than superset that with the weighted cable crunches. abs is the one thing i dont persisantly work out but last time i followed this routine and would do 3 supersets 3 times a week after a couple of months there was a dramatic improvement in my appearance. try doing it. im not even sure why i prop up my butt but one day i did crunches like that by accident and the pump was a million times more than a regular flat bench.

just do sprints. The best ab/core workout you can do, and it burns fat and revs the metab rate...
