Tricep Death - Give This A Try...

Tricep Death

It requires workout partners and some wooden boards.

The boards should vary from 1-4 boards thick, for a total of 4 boards.

All sets are for 6 reps, with the first set to the chest.

While locking out the 6th rep a "1 board" will be placed on the chest and 6 more reps immediately performed.

After 6 reps to the "1 board", a "2 board" is quickly swapped in, and so on & so forth til' the 6th rep with a "4 board".

This is a total of 30 reps, and if the right weight is used, the last rep should be near torture, and the next day your triceps will feel like they are being tortured.

You do a normal OR close grip bench but bring the bar to the boards instead of the chest except for the 1st set.

Sounds good BlownSC but why do you need the boards?(for correct depth maybe) The last set is almost performing a partial. I did something kinda simular this past Sunday as I did light weight for around 25 reps (once)but then finished with one heavy 245lbs (for me) for 6-7 reps close grip.

sounds like something rocky does in rocky 4.

Yes, for the height.... he seems to love them, I've yet to try them... haven't had a chance, will very soon though!!

I have a great exercise too, it requires 2 portguese prostitutes, whips, chains, whistles yoyos, and a duck, boy is it a duzie.....
