I am not fat, nor eve chubby, but I am not slim enough for my abs to show. If I had to guess I would guess around 13-15%. I am 6'0 at 185 right now.
What is the best thing I can do to bring my BF% down? I am currently doing 1hr cardio each day - 30mins elyptical and 30mins bike, along with 1hr weight lifting.
