thats just me.
Feet flat on the ground, flat backed. No bridge BS
I do dumbell bench because my main concern isnt strength training, so it isolates my chest more, so if ur going for looks id say feet up is better, but if ur going for strength training i would think legs on the ground would be better, more balance and stability to get up more weight
Ground for sure.
ground; but if i'm lifting heavy alone in my basement high on drugs i'll put them up so i can push a little more if i can't get it.
Ground. Bench is for wusses i.e 75% of the guys in the gym.
Feet on the bench. I don't arch my back when they are on the bench and thats why I do it that way.
agreed.Quote:

I keep em on the floor no matter what.
no more impressive than a guy who weighs 200 benching 435lbs. still not 2x his body weight. thats my goal 2x my BW. I never understand the feet up other than i thought it incorporates other muscles kind of like swiss ball benches.Quote:

Feet up unless I'm trying something stupid....like 400.
Feet on the ground. The main reason is for safety.
never tried feet up.
i never tried it...
The ones that do it look homo-gayish
Its amazing that theres just about the same amount of people who do bench with their feet up as there is people with no feet at all, kinda weird , i do them with my feet up
Umm.... 435 is more than twice a bodyweight of 200.Quote:

When I did powerlifting meets you had to keep your ass and shoulders on the bench.Quote:

I always keep my feet on the ground, I have tried feet on the bench but when I did it made me want to push more with my legs, so I quit that promptly.
always on the ground...I don't need another back injury
get a good stance leave em on the ground
