I have just started my first cycle, and want to have the best split I can. I am doing 4 days due to work and football practice. Here is what I have:
Mon: chest + bis
Tues: back + forearms
Wed: thighs + calves
Thur: shoulders + tris
This was a five day split that I took the arm day out and split them up, but are they split correctly? I am thinking tris with back instead, but wanted some opinions. Thanks for the help.
