I've used it training natural and had some good gains from it. I think it's a pretty d@mn good workout routine.
what exactly is Max Ot, anyone have a link or anything?

To tell you the truth, I was 20 when I tried it and I'm 24 now, and I don't remember the specifics. All I remember was that I liked it a lot. Speaking of which, I need to use it again; the workout I designed myself is starting to get stale. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.Quote:
