    max-ot for natural BB

    would the max-ot type workout be a good approach to take if training natural???

    I've used it training natural and had some good gains from it. I think it's a pretty d@mn good workout routine.

    was your frequency 1 muscle/week???

    also how did you gauge your sets inorder to progressively overload???

    To tell you the truth, I was 20 when I tried it and I'm 24 now, and I don't remember the specifics. All I remember was that I liked it a lot. Speaking of which, I need to use it again; the workout I designed myself is starting to get stale. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

    It has some merit, i changed a few things and it worked for me. I dont like the way they do cardio.
