I cant work out
I just split up with my missus and cant eat, sleep, or even think about the gym. It pi55se me off cos im now up from 12 stone to 12 stone 7lb and im in mid cycle.
dunnow what to do, i cant even look at food right now

Tonight get piss drunk. Tomorrow take it out on the weights...That is my script for you.

i bin getting piss drunk since last thursday. I was determined to drag my butt down the gym but the first thing i do after work is go straight for the larger.
I know this feeling of emptynesss will go away eventually but it feels like it wont

The gym always helps me overcome hard times, try it. Nothing works better for depression than self improvement.

Drinking will only drag you down further. Make yourself workout hard and you'll get over it.

Mmm getting drunk everynight is a healthy thing no wonder you can't lift. Bro, alcohol is a depressant and diuretic causing dehydration and fatique. Drink some gatarade and hit the gym if you cannot lift just do cardio and blast the mp3.

yeah bro alcohol is a depressant by nature anyway so just try and chill on that, IMO BDTR is right when I am going through hard times there is nothing that is better than a good heavy workout
