    Anyone not take days off?

Any of you decide to not take any days off and rather throw in an extra leg day, abs, or something of that sort?

bad idea, I actually just took 3 weeks off because of an injury and I actually felt like I stayed the same/got a lil bigger, and my lifts were increased... Id say at the very minimum 2 days off a week

yes most of my off days consist of calves or abs or cardio. I never do any of the other muscle groups.

Its not just your muscles that need recovery, your CNS gets overworked and needs rest days as well.
