    still overtraining?

I posted my Biceo workout before n people said it was to much, i changed it around n tried it out today, really liked it, wondering if im still overtraining, i do it on my leg day so theres no prior work on my bis, on this day this is ABSOLUTLY all the work my bis r gettting

Warm up- sitting ezbar curls- x12 x10
    long bar curls- x8 x6 x6
    standing dumbel curls-x8 x6 6
    incline bench curls(pals always facing out- x8 x6 x6
1 set of 12 on a machine immediatly after my last exercise, i just liek to do this, really gets my biceps nice n tight, so am i still over training?

Be sure to work all three heads of the triceps.
Concentrate on working the brachialis and the long
head of the bi, and you will get some good growth.

    Unlike back, quads, etc....
Arms require a Lot of different exercises to hit
all the different angles needed to elicit growth.

13 sets for Bi's? OH ****!!! Still overtraiing IMO

I like to do 6 sets total not including one warm up set of pussy weight.

    This is what I do.

6 set of hammer curls or 6 sets set of standing stright bar curls
or 6 sets of preacher curls with the straight bar. when i do bis I work my tris, so i am compouding my sets. I do a set of bi's then i go do a set of tris. back and forth untill I reach sets sets total. By the time i am doen my arms are so pumped and hard that I cant even touch my head
Why did YYZ tell you to train your tris when you asked about bi's

I dont like it IMO. I think it is too much even if you are just into staying fit.

6-8 strict sets is raw ownage for bi's
i do 6 sets if i work bi's on back day and 8 sets if i decide to work them on shoulder day.

i used to do like 12 sets never really got sore
started doing 6-8 heavy strict SLOW SLOW SLOW sets like 6 second eccentric motion reps i have always had sore biceps for 2 days after working them. its all about the negative motion to generate addaqute tears in the myo.

Wondering which technique is better for biceps
Standing bicep curls- is it better to keep weights bye ur side(palms facing ur side) then comming up and bringing the dumbell up and facing ur chest, or keep palms out at all times and just comming up and down, not turning it in
i do standing ones n incline bench ones, which form should i use for each??
