What chest excersize are you using for lower?

What are you doing to help sculpt the lower part of your chest? I lack that cut in the lower pecks. Probably at around 14% or so BF, maybe thats a reason too?

Bf % can be a reason for sure.

    I like weighted dips.

Get on the cablecross over machine on the lower cables.
And do crossovers ajust untill you feel it hit the lower part.
Then do pushups right after your set of cross overs.
    Decline bench is good too.
Dips are good for shaping the chest.
Alot of people on here say the chest is on muscle and it works as one. But I still think you can apply more stress to one area to make it bigger.

I have seen your pics. Great progress by the way. However, I think you are lacking chest development in order to see the lower part. I don't think it is a matter of cuts, you simply haven't hypertrophied your chest enough. Once you add size and fill out your pecs, the lower part of the chest will become more appearant. I do decline on a smith machine. Great isolation and even better contraction for me!
