Depends on your fat-loss goals..
If you're diet is set-up according to your needs, and you maintain a suitable duration, and intensity (65-70% MHR), then 4days a week or more is fine...

Am cardio, moderate intensity is the way to go. And if you are 270 of muscle, then obviously the diet is near perfect, unless loads of gear is making up for it. So, 4-5 times a week of cardio would be just right!
