On average how many sets you do for a muslc

How many? i usually do about 5-6 sets 3 reps for each one. I hear some tell me its too much im overtraining but each set targets a differnt part of the muslce you are working with so i feel if i dont target every part of the musle that i cheated myself lol. Its a consoius thing if i do any less i feel i did a half as workout

Honestly, I don't even count. I train on pure instinct. I'll blast a muscle group until I feel It's done. Sometimes that means more sets, sometimes less-just depends on how I feel.

It really varies with me on the amount of sets I do per exercise. I do more for legs, back and chest then I do for delts, biceps triceps and abs. For large muscle groups I keep it around 9 to 12 and for the smaller muscle groups I keep it around 6 to 9 sets.

I guess everyone has those muslces htey feel extra work on so there going to add mroe sets on it nad work harder. The thign is i dont lie kto go to high casue then im fatigured and im really not working those last sets out the way i want to. Even though it is better to do a little bit then to do nothing at all.
