Help with split
Hi guys, i wonder if you guys can help me out about my training split. I train one body part per week, itīs a ABCDE routine and i donīt wanna change that, just the right days to train each body part so i can have a better rest, it goes like this:
Monday = Chest
Tuesday = Back
Wend= Off
Thursday = shoulders
Friday = Arms
Saturday = Legs
Sunday = Off
Do you guys think i can change the days i train each body part or itīs fine like this? :yellowcon

Hey Swole , Thatīs an old show, huh!! :) This ABCDE routine is a way that here in Brazil, where a live we name our training splits. Sometimes, itīs ABC, ABCD and ABCDE!!
