    switching up workouts

Lets just say u have 3 different types of workouts for each major body part , and you are training the whole body once a week, switching up the workouts for each major part, to keep it guessing. Would your body slowly get used to it, or would it just keep guessing, so you wouldn't reach a plateu nearly as easy, and gain much faster?

oh by the way, is it good to do the above to keep your muscles guessing during your first few months of bodybuilding to get gains better, or is it better to just stay with the same routine on each muscle because they don't need that yet.

better than not trying to switch at all, yes your body may catch on at some point, thean you change it again, if you have enough variables to any equations there can be infinite answers, same with working out, you have enough choices to continuely switch and never do the exact same workout again ,
