cool with me! do you suggest pre-exhaust them with skulls first so your tris fail before your chest and shoulders???

Close-grip. I do them last: Pressdowns to get thing warmed, etc., skull-crushers, then close-grip on the smith. The smith allows me to concentrate more on my tri's by pushing the weight slightly forward. Instead of the bar being directly over my chest, it is lower towards my upper abdominals, i get a much better contraction!

Close grip and skullcrushers are MASS MOVERS.
Everything else is pretty sh*t.

Instead of using a bar for skull crushers, try using 2 dumbells in each hand. Lift them from your ears up, never moving your ebow very much at all. Gives great isolation and allows your wrist to move into what ever position is comfortable for you.
Almost like a backwards hammer curl.

ive seen people do a set of 8 skull crushers to exhaustion, then immediatly bring the bar to ur chest n burn out close grips presses, is this a good way to do this

skull crushers r good but tough to really isolate the muscle, i do them first n really heavy then do something like an ezbar pushdown or the rope pull down for defintion, seems to work pretty well, all sets 8-6

you should just per-exhaust them first with some skulls so that you'll feel the muscle better and also your tri's will fail before other bodyparts, doing close-grip first i think would give you the problem of isolating your tris

Weighted dips do it for me, then skulls, then CG presses, then DB kickbacks if theres a nice set of D cups next to the mirrors.

French press is behind your head to over your head. Same move as the skull crushers except you start behind your head while your sitting instead of over your forehead while lying.

No because you don't move your upper arm. And your sitting, not laying. It's like a tricep extension but instead of going down your going up... You understand what I mean?

on the CG, do you guys use the straight bar or EZ?

I use the 45 pound straight bar. It makes it more challenging, you use alot of stabilizer muscles to keep it balanced.
