serious help needed
i broke my hand, its called a boxers fracture. i cant lift for 6 weeks, what can i do to preserve muscle, would you think its worth it to freeze my gym membership or just do legs abs and cardio for the time being. i just finished a ph cycle and its pct and really am worrried about loosing my gains.

Maintaining a high protein intake should assist also

i broke my arm too and just did legs and rode the bike which helped maintain like 90% of strength

i say u perform a scientific experiment. Work the side of ur body that doesnt have the broken hand, and dont work the side u have it on. Then we can see how much of ur gains u really keep post cycle without working out compared to if u kept training, idk just throwing it out here
