workout routine change(help tune please)
I am going for loosing bodyfat but build some lean muscle
is it possible with this? Or am I undertraining?
Mon
Chest/triceps
abs
Tuesday
Cardio 45 minutes
abs
Wed
Legs
Thursday
Cardio 45 minutes
abs
Friday
back /Bicepts
abs

that looks fine, but you might want to add shoulders in there somewhere, maybe on one of the cardio days. and if you would like to loose body fat, i'd do more cardio than that, maybe 4 outta 7 days. just make sure to eat your protein.

I could also try to do what SWOLE cat is telling everyone but it is hard for me.
To try to get up earlier than what I am getting up at already and do my cardio.
All I have to do is get a bike.
I might have to for a few months

Where are the weekends?
Cardio is only 2 days a week?
Some bodyparts are missing?
In addition, your DIET is what will make you reach or not reach your goals, not so much the outline above. That should be the focus.

thanx for the advise I wil post my new diet on the diet part.
I will do cardio in the morning so 4 days,How about more training as well?
