does having a cold make you weaker?
i have a cold.. or a sinus infection, the flu or something and it sucks
i noticed i was a lot weaker in the gym today
didnt even finish my workout, decided to take the day off
do you think theres a connection with being sick and being weaker?

For sure...dehydration is a factor I think. Its just best to take a few days off when youre sick IMO.

ooohhh yeah. Your body is using all of its resources to fight your infection. Everytime i get sick, I can count on loseing about 7 lbs and drop a lot in weight in the gym. It sucks but i usually recover in no time.
