Curl ups hanging upside down using anti-gravity boots with a 45 pound plate does it for me.

Six set of 20 and I can barely unhook myself.

yep haning leg raises w/ a partner to push down on your legs while you try to hold them in the up pos. this extreme resistance on the eccentric motion will really enlarge them and if you dont already have nice definition its gonna give you a uber pot belly.
Same Applies to inclined situps w/ weighted resistances on negative motion.

Gym where I work out has them. Only thing I bring is water.

Knee ups take too long to get a burn and doing them with straight legs can torque your lumbar if you are tired from prior exercises.
