    Number of exercises?

    What is the maximum number of exercises to do in a workout for someone who is all natural? 6,7,8?

    There is no imparticular number.....

    Often, people do 3-4 exercises per BP, and 3-4 sets each...

    i do 6 exercises tops for 2 sets a peice.

    Your goal is to work each part of the muscle which is why sometimes for Biceps you can do very little exercises considering how small it is...

    lol all natural and on gear should still have same work out routine.
    yep 2-4 excercises per body part usually 3 though i.e. flat incline flys then dips tri ext
    or deads, pullups, rows, and straight bar curl, hammer curl
