want to try harder
Hi there, i found myself a routine i like, still i had to add an exercice for i can't lift huge yet, i didn't feel tired and my session lasted about 30min.That's why I had to put one last exercice...
OVER HEAD PRESS 4X8
INCLINE DB PRESS 4X6
BENT OVER BB ROWS 4X6
BB CURLS 2X8
BENCH DIPS 2X8
Can front raises, lat raises,lying rear delt raises (bird) and upright rows be done instead of flyes in day 1?
I think those exercices are missing, arnold press too. I like behind the neck bb press, where can i put it, would it be wise to even put it.

If you are going to do a two day routine, make it a push/pull or upper/lower.
