I usually work out one muscle a day. plus cardio (running and boxing) and abs ever day as well. should i change it up and do two parts a day. (i actually do bis and tris one day too!!

Depends, periodization is good.

I guess i just answered #3 as well. Ive been doing the one muscle a day and wanted to see opinions on 2 muscle a day workouts compared to one a day!!

i find my one muscle per day workouts are alot more intense if i were to do 2 muscles a day! its also a mental thing, knowing that you only have 1 bodypart to kill that day make you able to have alot more intensity for that workout! i think it might be because,subconciously you try to save some energy for the 2nd bodypart, and by doing this you're short changing the first body part!
