    1 Arm Bigger Then The other LOOK

    Hi , Listen I have a Problem I work out with each muscle and do the same things as i do with the opposite and as hard and form. But my right arm Is bigger then the Left arm "Tricep and Bicep" . I just need answers on what to do should I work harder on the side of my body or Is there n e thing i can take to equal my body . There not too much apart but I can tell they are . Let me no ASAP thanks for your time and patience

    Unilateral Movements (D-bells)
    Use your left arm to do everyday chores, and use it to unrack/rerack plates, d-bells, etc.

    Normal bro , Hyper advice is prudent. I know this may sound silly but try eating using your left hand(I am assumming your right handed). CNS will soon normalize on your left side and in time may help you. That is what I sometimes do and it seems to help. Being ambidextreous has some advantages.
