it was honestly pretty good form, no bullsh*t! the reason i did was to see if i could for myself and myself only to see where im at, it's a goal for myself to curl my body weight so cheating on this would just be cheating myself right....

there's no problem with believing you or not believing you... my mind is made up. this is a forum, so don't start a thread and then tell people not to post. we all have different beliefs and opinions. if we all thought exactly the same, there would be no reason for this site. i am just of the belief that you can't curl 165lbs with proper form and you are more than welcome to prove me wrong.

lean up against a wall with your elbows against it, then tell me you curled it. i do mostly concentration things for biceps. the most ive done on preacher is 60lbs on each side of bar for one rep.

take it how ever you want, i it doesnt change the fact that i did it...
i dont know why peeps just cant give out props! im proud of that lift, since all my other lifts are sh*t so whatever! well all my pulling are decent but nothing to brag about!Last edited by HOLLYWOOD; 04-12-2005 at 01:43 PM.

with no cheating and back agaist a wall i could prolly curl my weight once maybe twice but iono maybe more never tried, kinda pointless, seems like u would hurt urself doing it unless ur were one stong mofo

try using a easy curl...
i could never do it with a straight bar..
but i'm 210.. and old......The answer to your every question

there's no way you can curl more than your bodyweight with proper form.
