    Rep Scheme

What Rep range is best for putting on mass in sequence?
I know low reps heavy weight = more mass, but i was wondering in sequence.
    I.E.
    Set 1 10 reps
    Set 2 8 reps
    Set 3 6 reps
    Set 4 4 reps

    or

    Set 1 6 reps
    Set 2 6 reps
    Set 3 6 reps
    Set 4 6 reps

mainly i am curious for back and chest which would work best.

ive been doing my a new routine for chest which has been working awesome....basically u go heavy with mid-range reps one workout then go really heavy with low reps next workout....so it look something like this - workout 1 - 4 sets @ 8, 6, 6, 5 reps.....then next workout would look something like this.....4 sets @ 4, 3, 2, 2 reps....dont know how many other people have done this but its working great. in a couple weeks im gonna start applying this concept to all my muscles..... try this out and see what type of results u get...
