bro's help me out here.
i am going to be doing my first cycle next month. My goal is to go from 5'11 208 @ 8-10%bf to around 225 at 8-10%bf. How much cardio should i be doing i am going to bump my cals up from about 3,000 to 3,700. But i want to me ripped during the summer while gaining mass. I know this is hard to do but should i cardio 5-6 times a week like I usually do or cut it down?
Test e @ 500mgs for 10 weeks
nolva @ 10mgs/day for 15 weeks
clomid @ weeks 12-15

well not a great idea heqalthwise but don't do any while you're bulking. if you can stay lean like that more power to you.
personally though i'd do like 20 minutes 3 times a week for cardiovascular health purposes.

I'd still do 3+ days a week of cardio if you're trying to stay nice & lean.......

no stamos, i have to cardio 5 times a week in order to stay lean while eating 3,000 cals. I want to stay lean if not lose bf(which i know will be extremely hard) while i am doing a bulking cycle during the summer.

you just gotta go by feel then. try doing 30 minutes of moderate (make sure it's moderate and not intense) cardio five days a week. if you gain fat, bump it up a little. if you don't see gains when you should bump it down a little.

thanx bros i think i will start off with cardio 4-5 times a week like stamos said on an empty stomach and see how i do.

man you could go 45min 5x a week and be fine IMO as long as you keep %MHR around 60-65%
