Thats a tuff question because we are all bio mechinally different! So I would say what ever feels comfrotable. However most would say about shoulder width.

I'd say inline with your shoulders or slightly wider.

thats just one more thing that you can switch upp. Different widths hits the muscle differently.

The closer together you go, you work the inner bicep area. The further out the grip, you work the outer part of the bicep.

no utilizing all grips in your workout routine is the best. Not in the same workout but cycle it. Wide grip for 2 weeks, shoulder width for 2 weeks and close grip for 2 weeks or something like that. Variation is the key to progress

well thats basically what i do, i just max out an exercise before i move on, theres no point in leaving an exercise behind if there's still potential to get strong with it! thats the way i see it

I usually grip it where my wrists feel most comfortable using heavy weight. I think its about shoulder or just outside. sometimes i go in a to where my elbows are almost against my obliques ( if i could see the obliques would be nice ). that gives me a nice round inside bi workout where it kind of creates that cut by your armpit.
