im only 20 years old but for the past 2 years ive always just lifted with max weight and 'attempted' proper form, and 2 months ago i started lifting with less weight, going a lot slower, holding at the peak, and 2-3 second negatives, and wow, what a difference im seeing in the results i see and the burns i feel :lift: :banana: anyone disagree and go with the fast and furious?
