Slow And Steady Or Fast And Furious?

im only 20 years old but for the past 2 years ive always just lifted with max weight and 'attempted' proper form, and 2 months ago i started lifting with less weight, going a lot slower, holding at the peak, and 2-3 second negatives, and wow, what a difference im seeing in the results i see and the burns i feel anyone disagree and go with the fast and furious?

Use a weight with which you can blast it up during contraction and control it back down. You still want to train heavy, but sacrificing form is sacrificing results.

exactly, control on the way down and explode on the way up its the best way to build concentric and eccentric strength
