    Incline bench or dumbell???

    For flat bench i love dumbells, but for incline im not sure which gives me a better workout, ne one have ne answeers to which stimulates ur uppper chest more, or ne studies done?

    I'd do some DB's incline along with an exercise that Narkissos posted about, its a neck/throat press in which i tried out, and i can honestly say that its the best upper chest exercise ive ever done. Ima be doing this now instead of the regular incline BB . Check it out,

    Yup..

    DB's will cause you to work your stabilizers more.. but I'd def. switch it up from time to time...

    you should absolutely do both. variety is key, especially after you get a good start on your foundation.
