ab's and calves how many times per week 1 or 2?
just wondering how many times to wrk ab's and calves per week 1 or 2 i work the rest of my body 1 time per week!

Many do them twice.
I treat them like every other bodypart myself.

In my experience, it all varies from person to person. My calves are pretty developed, yet i can get away with only doing about 5 hard sets per week. Some other guys must do a lot more. Experiment and see what works best for you

if ya got some big ass calves, do em once a week, if u got little tiny baby ones and ur not doing any other exercises that already involve calves to a great extent (jumproping, soccer) then hit em twice week.

and abs, you should be hittin those at least 3 times a week....if not more

i hit them twice a week. one workout is higher rep and one is lower. if i am running a lot, then i drop the high rep calf workout

I was doing them 3 times a week but I'm going back down to 2.

Calves twice a week for sure...mine dont grow without it. Abs, barely every to be honest...but I'd say 2-3 light ab days a week when trying to bring them out.

Calves are my weakest muscle besides forearms so I train them both (calves and forearms) 2X/wk concentrating on lots of reps.
Abs-200 crunches ED!

I hate my calves. **** genetics, I train mine usually twice a week, but they still don't grow.

I used to do calves and abs 3x a week..... but I found that in order to make my calves grow I had to do them ED I train.... and it works wonders. As for abs, I actually decreased them and only do them 1-2 times a week, because I've found working abs for anything other than strengthening them is pointless. If you want them to show, go on a diet & do some cardio!

I do calves twice a week and abs every other day, it works pretty good for me I have seen a big improvement from doing my calves twice a week.
