Working out with our weights
I am traveling on bussness for next 2 weeks. I am out of the country and no gym is avalible to me. Besides push up, pull ups and of course crunches what can i do for a work out. I know gain mass with these work outs but I just looking to keep my mussucles working so that I do not loose any thing.
I was thinking I could do hand stand against wall and do push ups that way for shoulders ( kinda like a shoulder press) but was not sure if that would be affective.
any idea you guys can give me
