Working out with our weights
I am traveling on bussness for next 2 weeks. I am out of the country and no gym is avalible to me. Besides push up, pull ups and of course crunches what can i do for a work out. I know gain mass with these work outs but I just looking to keep my mussucles working so that I do not loose any thing.
I was thinking I could do hand stand against wall and do push ups that way for shoulders ( kinda like a shoulder press) but was not sure if that would be affective.
any idea you guys can give me

Chest
Incline Pushups: Get two chairs, put them about shoulder width apart, place a hand on each chair and do push-ups. You can widen the chairs for a bigger stretch.
Regular push-ups
Decline Push-ups: Put your feet on the chair and hands on the ground.
Tris
Dips: Get the chair and put it by the bathroom counter. Put your hands on the counter and feet on the chair.
Get your pillow case and fill it up with heavy objects. Tie a knot so you can hold on to it.
You can do a million work outs with a heavy pillow case like curls,french-presses and so on.
