K heres my question, and im sorry about al the new threads as of late but I have a lot of questions....Ive been working out pretty consistenly for the past 2 years, however legs and cardio have always taken a backseat.. i only started doing both about 5 weeks ago. I have a big ass (im puerto rican). I mean its not huge but its big and I want to make it smaller, what should i do? Im afraid to do squats so when i do do them, i go for like 12-15 reps, and i found something in a girl magazine (shutup) and i been doing these things where i lie on my front and try to lift my hips off the ground, and also that thing where u lie on ur back, knees bent in front of you, and you pussh off the ground (or a box) and try and contract ur glutes. Any advice on how to shed my ass?? thanks!
