Well my first work-out routine is pretty close to that, but my second has more in there. Question is aren't your suspose to be "Dead" after you lift? That's the reasone why I switched my up.

Oh and my work-out rountine is intense and weight is going up but that's cause of the juice. Do you think I should keep the first work-out routine and just add more weight? or what?

my fault...didnt see u were on cycle...u could add more sets but IMO 15+ sets per muscle is not neccessary even while ur cycling....terms of that workout, im natural and when i go all out and keep the sets intense i will be worn down by the end, i would just say drops a few sets from ur workout above and see how it goes. im probly not the best person for advice for good workouts while cycling due to my lack of experience with AS so do a search on here or just try different set ranges and see what works best

That's all good, but thanks for the reply. Yeah the first work-out routine was my ass kicker before cycling, but like I said I need to know if I am overtaining while on. But the 15+ set's is only for calves and warm ups for major muscle groups before I go into the routine.
