    Neck

My gym doesn't have a neck machine at all.
I was just wondering what you guys do for neck if you dont' have the machine either.
I've seen the neck strap that you strap on, looks like a hannibal mask , does anyone know where to order these .
just wanna get the neck bigger.
    thanks

Why do you want your neck bigger????, having a smaller neck will make your body looked much bigger than if you were to have a huge neck.

A big neck saved a friend of mine in a car crash. Doctors told him that if he didn't have that big of a neck, his head would have snapped backwards on the impact and he would be dead by now.

    I train neck now.

Trust me, Your just looking for an injury you don't want. stay away from neck machines.

Do your shrugs, standing rows. Go heavy as you can until failure, and watch the neck grow.

Personally I think working your neck is a good thing...
God forbid if you ever get in a car accident and suffer
smashing your head into something, having a strong neck
    could save your life...

Far as symmetry goes if you're concern about that, one of the
old examples of perfect symmetry was having your arms, neck
and calves all measure up to be the same size... Few have done
that one... Steve Reeves comes to mind... Maybe a few more...
So I wouldn't worry about your neck getting to big, most never
acheive that type of symmetry anyway...

You could also do good old fashion Neck Bridges, you ever see
a wrestler with a skinny neck?

They work pretty **** good done 3-4 times per week... You
can even do the **** at home while watching TV, but you'll be
    watching upside down...
