cardio question
how much cardio should i do a week? my midsection sucks!!! i also read you should not eat carbs less than four hours before a cardio session only protein so your body will use stored fat as the energy source instead of the carbs you just induced.please advise!

You can do cardio seven days a week if you want to.
If i was cutting, i wouldnt be eating any carbs prior to cardio. The addition of carbs will just blunt liposisabstrack@protonmail.com

i do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning when i wake up. i usually run about 2 miles mon,wed,fri. after i finish i replenish nutrients with a good clean breakfast bro.

Anyways i do cardio 6days a week, i mean since i go at such a low HR its not like im worried bout frying muscle mass and its great to keep metab just right for fat burning
