Thread: Rear Delts???

Should delts be done with your back or your shoulders??? ive always done then with my back, but am def reconcidering this, what do you guys think, delts with shoulders or back?

i used to do dthem with back but ive been hitting with shoulders, that way im basically hitting them 2wice a week. indirectly and directly! and ive actually notice a decent amount of grow since ive been doing this, mine arent really lagging anymore since ive been doing this!

I do all delts on shoulder day, but everyother week on back day I add 3-4 sets of bent over rear flyes and since doing that for a month and a half I have already noticed a difference.

My shoulders are some what lacking so Im going to dedicate one session to them purely.
Mainly consisting of:
DB Military press
Laying rear delt raises on a bench.
Ill let you know how I get on. To me Delts make a physique and give you width so will concentrate on hitting them hard.

personally i split up my delts. I train rear delts on back day and front and side delts on chest day.
