cardio after training?
i know most say do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach etc, but how many guys have good results by doing there cardio AFTER training? this is what im planning on doing but i have a quick question, if i do cardio after training what should my post workout shake have? surely puttin my usual dex in there would do more harm than good? i thought maybe 50g protein (whey) and creatine and glutamine, any takers?

The dextrose shuttles the protein into your muscles to help aid muscle recovery as quickly as possibly. This should be your goal PWO. Stick with the dextrose.

i'm pretty sure flaxseed oil increases metabolism a little bit. but also it supports muscle while ur in a cutting phase

Yeah, but there is no way you'd want to take it PWO.

Split your cardio and workouts. One in the AM and the other in the PM. Or workout M, W, F and do your cardio T, Th, Sat.

If you have to do weights then cardio, yes keep using dextrose. It will have a negative impact on fat burning, but muscle recovery trumps that.
