    My routine

    day 1 Chest/sh/ tris
    day 2 legs
    day 3 off
    day 4 back/bi/traps
    day 5off
    day 6 off
    day 7 repeat.

    for the 3 off days i do cardio and was thinking maybe of doing ab/s and calves on day 3 and 6 b/c when i do them on a workout day my workout last too long! What does everyone think of this?? Also i have been doing barbell curls as the staple of my bi workout since christmas. Should i change this?

    day 1
    Chest
    Flat Bench Press 4x 12,10,8,6
    Incline Dumbbell 3x 6-8
    Flyes 3x8-10
    Delts
    DB Press 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6
    DB side laterals 3 x 10
    Tri's
    Skullkrushers 3x 6-8
    CG bench 3x 6-8

    day 2
    Legs
    Leg Extensions 3 x 20 WARMUP
    Squats 4x 12
    Hack Squats 3x 15
    leg extensions heave 3x15
    Leg curls 4x15

    day 4
    Back
    Wide grip pullups warmup
    Wide grip lat pulls 3x 8-10
    Barbell row 4x 8-10
    Deadlifts 4x 6-10
    bi's
    Barbell curl 3x8-10
    Hammer curl 3x8-10
    traps
    DB shrugs 4x15

    i was thinking of maybe splitting up quads and hammies. According to my split where could i throw in a hammy/calves/ab workout? I don't know if i should do hamms after back b/c i deadlift on back day.

    yea its kinda similar, but i just started this one so i am gonna stick to it 4 at least 8 weeks.

    i think i am gonna change it up a little to this so that i can concentrate more on calves.

    day 1 Chest/delt/tri
    day 2 quads/calves abs
    day 3 off
    day 4 back/bi/traps
    day 5 hams/calves/abs
    day 6 off
    day 7 start over
