    4 warm ups, one gauging set about 75-80%max then one full working set for 4 reps.

    I usually warm up with 315 and then go heavy for 3-4 sets. Usually 3 though.

    5-6 sets for myself but I use progressive loading and do not reach the high weights used by some. Age plays a role in both recovery and ability.
