Barbell cheat curl
I can't get my bi's to grow doing strict curls and most of the bodybuilders in my gym never do them...they amost always use a little swing to get the weight up... I personally have seen phenomenal growth when doing them...what are your thoughts on cheat curls?

Love em, the best bicep movement you can do, outside of heavy rows and deadlifts that is.

I cheat on my last ultra heavy sets: 135x8, 160x5

I added cheating to my game about january, and have seen a lot of groth really quick, I like them a lot.

Cheating on heavy basic movements have always worked for me. There's a time and place for precision and a time and place for just moving weight.

i just started doing barbell cheat curls, just a slight swing. they work great for me. DO EM!

great! the eccentric contraction actually damages more fiber so by cheating it up and letting it down you actually encourage more growth.

how does one cheat.. just put a little bit of hips into it or a lot or what??

i gunna have to tell my friends this cuz everytime i cheat they just say stuff like wuss!...so ill tell them...
