Need a good mass building routine
Well, I've taken a full week off so I could start a new routine and all my body parts are craving to be blasted. Especially my arms. So, today will be my first day back to the gym, and I'm 100% fresh and ready. I need a good MASS ONLY routine. Whatcha' guys got. Kinda like a 12 week program. I'd like to start Sun. with a Bicep routine but a split is fine. My bi's are just dying for some weight
Anyone?
Bueller?
Mass Routine?

heavy compound exercises, concentrating on something like biceps isnt gonna put on size either

Chest Flat bench for mass.
Legs Squats for mass
Biceps standing barbell curls
triceps tricep pushdowns
Shoulders military presses
Back rows
