quesion on barbell rows
do all u guys do them with an overhand grip? do u think overunder hand grip would be more, same or less effective? thanks

thanks bro but i was wondering if i should have alternating grips, like one hand over and one hand under. i guess it cant be that effective cause no one ever talks about it.

no eiter do both over or both under or you will not be working each side of you back through the same plane.

I use an over-hand grip, but i think it is more of a personal preference....

How do you do rows with an underhand grip. Is it physically possible.

I like overhand....Dorian Yates liked underhand. It is actually how he tore his bicep. I personnally prefer an overhard grip because you can row wider.
