    my routine

    heres my routine see what u think
    mon-back chest
    tues cardio
    wed-shoulders
    thurs cardio
    fri legs
    sat arms
    ive been training for 1.5yrs now 5,8 195 about 15% i wanna get to 8% for summer startinbg to diet now any advice is appreciated on sun i go mountain biking for cardio.

    i want to get real lean for summer im also running 4 ius of hgh a day 6 on 1 off
