Well, I've taken a full week off so I could start a new routine and all my body parts are craving to be blasted. Especially my arms. So, today will be my first day back to the gym, and I'm 100% fresh and ready. I need a good MASS ONLY routine. Whatcha' guys got. Kinda like a 12 week program. I'd like to start Sun. with a Bicep routine but a split is fine. My bi's are just dying for some weight :bcool:
