    whats the best for loosing weight

    I wanna shed some pounds and cut but am not to sure if i should cycle or take up jogging or is it almost the same I realy not into jogging so if i ride my bike 1 hour a day would that do the trick? thanks guys

    Doing a cycle will not make you lose weight at all, the only thing juice does when you are cutting is help preserve muscles while you are on a calorie deficit. If you only want to lose a few lbs and maybe an inch or so on your waist, all you have to do is get a good diet plan, and do cardio.....check out the cutting sticky at the top of the page and that will get you off to a good start.

    yeah post ur diet up in the diet forum. see what people say there. read the sticky's on cutting. also some cardio b4 ur first meal of the day for 45 mins is a good idea.

    If your up for losing weight fast, you need the treadmill or step machine and be hitting around the target heart rate of I think 225 - your age.

    If you want to burn just fat and preserve muscle you should be hitting 225 - you age x .7.

    Either way it has to be a minimum of three times a week at 45 min plus.

    There's no easy way to do it bro

    UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...

    click on that and read, it has helped me and many other members very ,much
