pls critique my routine
i put this routine together to build mass pls tell me if i should change anything or if its good thanks
day1
chest/tris
chest-flat bb bench press 3x10-8-6-incline bb bp-3x10-8-6-incline db bp 3x8
tris-skullcrushers 3x10- pushdowns 3x10
day2
back/bis
back-bentover rows-3x6-8reps-seated lat pulldowns 3x8-10
bis-hammer curls 3x18-standind bb curls 3x10
day3
off
day4
shoulders-military press 3x8-standing bb rows 3x8-shrugs 3x8
day5
legs-squates 3x8-walking lunges 3x8-leg ext's 3x10
day6
off
day7
off or may do abs
